Sophie Michell’s Sugar-Free Afternoon Tea

Sophie Michell, our Executive Chef, has created a fabulous Sugar-Free Afternoon Tea, inspired by her new ‘Baking Without Sugar’ book (already a bestseller, reaching number 1 on Amazon’s Food & Drinks list).  Start with a selection of gluten-free finger sandwiches, before indulging in scones with clotted cream, homemade raspberry sugar free chia jam and sugar free lemon curd. Finish on a perfectly sweet note with sugar-free chocolate and raspberry ganache cake, mandarin and rosemary mousse, Amalfi lemon squares, pistachio cake bars and passionfruit meringues.  So why not join us in the Drawing Rooms for a guilt free treat and maybe a glass of bubbles for balance!
