INFORMATION

The four inter-connecting Drawing Rooms, each with their own character, offer the perfect setting for a catch up with friends or a lavish champagne Afternoon Tea. Guests can also choose from a casual dining menu including breakfast options, lunchtime classics and sharing platters together with an extensive drinks list.

Sophie Michell, our Executive Chef, has created a fabulous English Country Garden Afternoon Tea. Start with a selection of finger sandwiches including roast beef and horseradish on onion bread before indulging in scones with clotted cream. Finish on a perfectly sweet note with fabulous cakes consisting of a mini Pimms trifle, Eton Mess meringue sphere, cherry and chocolate dacquoise, honey and thyme mousse sable, violet and blackberry open macaron and a raspberry and rose tartlet.

And why not treat yourself to Cedric’s Teacup Sharing Cocktail…

The English Country Garden Afternoon Tea will be available from 1st August 2018.  Please see the attached menu for full details.
