For the first time since its inception, The Restaurant overlooking Portman Square has undergone a significant makeover by visionary interior design company, Russell Sage Studios. The stunning Georgian rooms now feature a beautiful bar, complete with sumptuous crustacea display, some interesting, quality wines by the glass, elegant new tables, chairs and luxurious booth-style seating to enhance the vibrant brasserie ambiance.

Executive Chef Fabio Petrucci, whose culinary background includes Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons and Annabel’s, showcases a fresh Spring menu incorporating the very best of British produce: Hereford veal, Norfolk chicken and Suffolk lamb.  And a must, is Fabio’s own Italian twist on legendary Pierre Koffmann’s Squid Bolognese, using only the finest Cornish seafood, of course!

So have a seat at the new restaurant bar, perhaps for a glass of bubbles before dinner, or stay there to sample fresh oysters and our excellent range of caviars.

Felice Cernicchiaro, along with his dedicated and passionate team, will be on hand with a warm welcome and knowledgeable service to ensure that your time spent in The Restaurant is both highly enjoyable and memorable.
