Andrew joined Home House as Managing Director in 2008. Drawing on considerable early experience as both executive chef and his commercial roles in world class venues he has overseen the transformation of the Home House business. Andrew’s vision for the Club is to build on the Countess of Home’s ‘Palace of Pleasure’ principle ensuring an unrivalled calendar of member events, great parties and a first class service for members and their guests.
Before joining Home House, Arnaud’s career journey spanned 17 years of experience between New York and London within hospitality including Alain Ducasse at the Dorchester, The Greenhouse Restaurant and latterly Operations Manager at MARC Ltd. UK where he spearheaded UK operations and elevated The Greenhouse Restaurant to achieve two Michelin stars. Arnaud is well placed to grow talented teams and ensure that the operational elements of Home House are faultless and work in harmony with the ethos of the club.
After graduating from Manchester University with a degree in Economics, Laurence progressed his career at businesses including Deloitte, Harvey Nichols and AOL. Laurence served as the Finance Director of Home House during 2008-2010 and subsequently rejoined Home House in 2015. He brings significant experience from hospitality and other business sectors and ensures that the finance department is an integral part of the Home House team.
Natalie joined Home House in January 2016 following a successful hospitality career, most recently with D&D London for the opening of South Place Hotel. Natalie’s career has developed to encompass hospitality operations, recruitment and human resources. A member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), Natalie ensures that Home House is an employer of choice, attracting the best talent within the industry.
Top chef and food writer, Sophie has 23 years of cheffing experience behind her and trained at Butler’s Wharf Chef School in London. She has also worked and trained at a number of prestigious restaurants including Le Gavroche, Michelin-starred Greenhouse, The Lanesborough and The Embassy. Sophie went on to head up the restaurant at the Belgraves Hotel and become the UK’s youngest female Executive Chef. We were thrilled to welcome Sophie to Home House in March 2018.
Claudia joined Home House in 2010 having successfully completed a degree in Business Management. This combined with over 6 years event planning experience equips Claudia and her team of skilled event coordinators to plan the fabulous personalised events Home House is famed for. From intimate dinner parties to Wedding receptions in Portman Square, whatever your desires Claudia and her in-house team can create a bespoke event tailored to your requirements.
Ana has over 15 years experience in hospitality, primarily within food and beverage, having managed a number of restaurant groups and bars. However, her career took a new direction when she launched a boutique hotel in Farringdon. This appealed to her dual passion for architecture and hospitality alike. Since the beginning of 2015 she has been delighted to further this unique combination as House Manager here at Home House.
Danielle started at Home House in 2016, having begun her career in hospitality at the Marriot Vacation Club in Marbella. She has a BA in Fashion Photography from The London College of Fashion and after graduating was front of house at The Little Black Gallery and White Cube in London. Her natural strength is engaging with all kinds of people and she brings her varied experiences and bubbly personality to her current role.
Jon joined Home House in 2008 after completing a Sports Studies and Physical Education degree. He progressed from Gym Instructor to Personal Trainer and is currently the Gym and Health Spa manager at Home House making it one of London’s premier boutique health and fitness destinations. And as a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals, he ensures that all our members enjoy being part of our health and fitness community.
Branislav joined Home House in 2006. He has 17 years experience in hospitality both abroad and in the UK. He started working at Home House within the F&B teams across the House, then moved to reception as assistant manager and has now progressed to the current security manager role. He has gained many skills over the years which help support a number of key areas within the House including video and audio.
Suzanne has 17 years of hospitality experience. After graduating from Leeds University she worked with celebrity chef James Martin at Leeds Kitchen followed by a role as part of the management team that opened the first D&D venue outside London, Angelica & Crafthouse. Then a move to London working for Drake & Morgan, Quaglino’s, D&D and now overseeing the operations in The Restaurant, Bison Bar and The Garden here at Home House.
Ilona joined Home House in May 2015 and has a wealth of experience. Prior to Home House she was the Site Manager at the Hippodrome Casino and has also worked at various luxurious five star hotels and members clubs including W Hotel, the Lansdowne Club and The Hospital Club. Ilona ensures that our members experience a luxury and quality service when staying in one of our sumptuous rooms.
Maryam joined Home House in 2012. She previously worked in a luxury London spa as Supervisor and gained good experience for Home House. She started here as a Receptionist, progressed to Bedroom Reservations, then Assistant Front of House Manager and is now Front of House Manager. Maryam enjoys working directly with the members, ensuring all details are run to perfection for a memorable experience and also solving the unpredictable challenges that arise within this role.
