Home House Private Gym Schedule

The Gym and Spa at Home House Private Members Club is one of London’s premier boutique health and fitness destinations. It is quite unlike any other private gym and provides a true haven for those seeking to attain all-round good health and wellbeing.

We offer a fully equipped gym with the latest cardio, strength and conditioning and Pilates equipment. Book into one of our small sized classes such as High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Tabata and Abs. The classes are designed to suit all fitness levels and are carried out by our in house fitness professionals.

HERE IS OUR NEW GYM CLASS SCHEDULE FROM 9TH JANUARY 2017:

MONDAY 6pm = Abs – 30 mins – Free – Paula (trainer)

MONDAY 6.30pm = HIIT (high intensity interval training) – 30 mins – Free – Paula (trainer)

TUESDAY 12.30PM = TRX Suspension Training – 30 mins – Free – Jon (trainer)

TUESDAY 6.30PM = Yoga – 1 hour – Free – Charis (trainer)

WEDNESDAY 6.30pm = Abs – 30 mins – Free – Dawit (trainer)

WEDNESDAY 7pm = Tabata (circuits) – 30 mins – Free– Dawit (trainer)

THURSDAY 12.30PM = Metabolic conditioning – 30 mins – Free – Kieran (trainer)

THURSDAY 6PM = Arms, Abs & Ass – 40mins – Free – Luigi (trainer)

SATURDAY 10am = HIIT (high intensity interval training) – 30 mins – Free – Dawit (trainer)

All classes are for 10 people max, except TRX Suspension Training & Metabolic conditioning which are for 6 people max.

All classes must be prebooked and are filled on a first come first served basis.

Personal Training

A focused group of personal trainer sessions can tailor programmes to help you achieve your fitness goals through a structured approach that includes body composition analysis, cardiovascular fitness testing (V02 max), bespoke training and one-to-one personal training sessions.
