House 21’s blend of future and historic design is the perfect backdrop for Executive Chef Sophie Michell’s modern take on Asian fusion cooking.  Inspired by the fusion cuisine of  California and L.A., the gutsy mix of ingredients offer deliciously moreish eats.  Along with the new menu for the Octagon Dining Room, Sophie has created a perfectly balanced small plate bar food menu for the Gloucester Lounge.

Aged beef burger with gouchujang mayo and yuzu pickles

Salmon tartare tacos with whipped avocado and pink pickles

Duck fat fries with shredded duck confit, hoisin sauce, peanuts and spring onions

Crisp wonton wrappers with crab, tobiko and cucumber salad

Hamachi tataki with yuzu, soy, truffle and jalapeño

And our deliciously fresh sushi has just got even better.  Plus many vegan options too!
