EVENT INFORMATION
We are delighted to welcome David Farber of Monopole Wines and Antoinie de la Farge, winemaker of his family owned estate Domaine de l’Ermitage to host an evening of some of the lesser known areas of the Loire, namely the Middle Loire – dominated by Chenin Blanc and Cabernet France and the Upper Loire; Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir.
You will sample a sparkling méthode traditionnelle rosé blend (Crémant) of these two varietals as an aperitif and a late harvest Chenin Blanc (Quarts de Chaume) with cheese both from the illustrious Domaine des Baumard, together with white, rosé and red wines from Domaine de l’Ermitage in Menetou Salon.
Executive Chef Adrian Martin has created a menu to balance these superb vintages:
