The relationship between our staff, members and guests has been built on the polite consideration of our House Rules. It is one of the unique features that gives Home House such a wonderful ambience.

Members
All members, from new members to those who have been with us many years, must present their membership card to swipe in either at House 20 or House 21 reception for access to all areas of the House including The Vaults in House 21. This is for a number of different legal reasons relating to our licence, but primarily for member safety. Having a long term membership does not make members exempt from this.
No membership or membership card can be used by any person other than the member.
Social Membership allows access to the House after 6pm, Monday to Friday as well as all day on Saturdays and Sundays and Bank Holidays. Gym usage is excluded from this membership category.

Members’ Guests
All members must sign in guests giving full name details and no more than three guests per member. Any guests arriving before the member will be asked to wait for the member in Reception.
Please contact Reservations 24hrs in advance to request to bring more than three guests (evenings only, up to a maximum of 8 guests: dependent on House occupancy and Duty Manager decision at the time).
We take large group bookings in our restaurants and private event rooms, terms and conditions apply.
Members are responsible for their guest’s conduct whilst in the House. Poor behaviour by guests will reflect on the member and their membership.
All guests must leave with the member; they cannot stay without the member.
Members’ guests can use the gym for a fee of £25 on weekdays and £15 on weekends and bank holidays, per guest per visit but they must be accompanied in the gym by the member unless they have a training session booked. Training sessions are £80 each. This is not valid for Social memberships as this category does not include access to the gym.

Children
We welcome children under 18 at weekends and bank holidays until 6pm. Children are not allowed in the bars. Due to space, kindly park prams and buggies in our ground floor cloakroom, rather than in the public rooms.

Restaurant Reservations
A cancellation fee of £25 per person will apply in the event of a confirmed booking in any food and beverage area being cancelled. For bookings of between 6-8 people, 24hrs cancellation notice is required; for parties of 9 people and above, a 48hrs cancellation notice applies.

Bedroom Reservations
We run a strict no smoking policy in all of our bedrooms; should your bedroom smell of cigarette smoke upon your departure, you will be charged for an additional night at the room rate given at the time of booking.
Our bedroom cancellation policy is 3pm the day before arrival. In the case of late cancellation or non arrival a full night’s rate will be charged.
Any amendments or cancellations should be done in writing prior to this cut off time.
Friends of a member are welcome to stay in our bedrooms. The reservation must be made by the member and the ‘Member’s Guest Rate’ will apply.

Dogs
We welcome dogs to the House (except the restaurants) but please ensure they stay on a lead at all times, near the owner and do not sit on any furniture (even on someone’s lap).

Dress Code
There is no dress code but nudity is discouraged!

Food and Drink
Please note that members cannot bring their own food and drink into the House.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the House except the designated outside areas.

Drugs and Illegal Substances
The use of drugs and illegal substances is not permitted anywhere in the House.

Photography
Taking photos or digital images is only allowed with prior written permission from the Sales and Marketing Director.

Phones
Phones are allowed but please be considerate to the members and guests around you. No loudspeakers allowed, headphones only.

Post
Members are not allowed to use Home House as their postal address.

Welcome Home
Please be considerate of fellow members and be prepared to share tables and sofas.
We ask that all coats and bags are left in the cloakroom and not draped on furniture or left in gangways.
Be polite to all members, guests and staff. It ensures everyone enjoys the House.
