Floral Afternoon Tea
Celebrating all things floral this week at Home House as a nod to the Chelsea Flower Show has been so much fun, from the floral installation at the main doors and grand staircase to the flowery afternoon tea and restaurant menu. Delectable dishes especially created have included courgette flowers stuffed with ricotta and mint with truffle honey, elderflower pannacotta, apple sorbet and mint croutons as well as violet eclairs and hibiscus macarons. And we were delighted to hear that our Chelsea Flower Show garden salad won a Foodelia International Food Photography award thanks to the talented photographer Jodi Hinds. All in all a fabulous week which continues tonight with our very own Flower Power Party!
