Nicola is our in-house dynamic Vinyasa yoga instructor, dedicated to help you improve your physical and mental health through the art of yoga. Her approach combines breathwork, asanas, meditation and relaxation techniques. The classes are sequenced into a powerful flow, allowing students to be more present and reconnect with their body, mind and soul!
