Every year on August 12th, shooters take to the heather-filled moorlands of rural Britain for the official
opening of the grouse season.

The wild bird is considered one of the toughest to shoot. Its flight is fast-up to 70 miles per hour-and
unpredictable. At day’s end, the race is on to deliver one of the most delicious meals of the year.

We are delighted to have secured a generous quantity of birds that will be driven over 200 miles
from North Yorkshire in time for Executive Chef Fabio Petrucci to create a superb main course.

Places are very limited, we recommend that you book in advance.  To ensure that we have sufficient time to prepare the grouse, we are suggesting 8.00pm as the earliest booking time.
