Heritage tomato carpaccio with grilled Ragstone goat’s cheese and purple basil pesto

Wild mushroom soup with blue cheese toast

Confit heritage egg with baby beetroot, black pudding crumb and black truffle


Baked spiced aubergine with pomegranate, almonds and super seeds

Slow braised lamb shoulder with shallot purée and confit of baby vegetables

Corn-fed chicken supreme stuffed with Comte cheese, sun dried tomatoes, pine nuts and basil with confit garlic mash and grilled baby courgettes

Roasted Cornish stone bass with dashi, bok choi, chilli, ginger, shitake and spring onion crumble


Sticky toffee pudding and vanilla ice cream

Classic crème brûlée with a shortbread biscuit

Buttermilk panna cotta with hibiscus sponge and strawberry consommé sorbet
