We are delighted to welcome Anthony Hamilton Russell, owner of Hamilton Russell Vineyards - one of the most southerly situated in Africa and one of the closest to the sea.
The Estate specialises in producing highly individual, terroir-driven Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, which are widely regarded as the best in South Africa and among the best
in the New World. Anthony took over from his father in 1991 and narrowed the range to just Pinot Noir and Chardonnay committing to work only with grapes from their terroir. Tiny yields and intense worldwide demand keep the elegant, highly individual, estate grown wines in very short supply.
Cost: £80 including a four course dinner with matching wines.
