Tea
Tea Rituals have always been an integral part of meditation, serving as an instrument to guide your body through the practise of Meditation. It is widely used by the Monks and the Buddha himself to relax the body, promoting neuroplasticity in the brain, improving concentration and stimulating healing before and after each sitting. It has the magic of bringing yourself closer to your own source as well as bringing communities together.

Ady Lloyd is the Founder of KeepitMindful, a mindfulness and meditation company which teaches its empowering techniques to a wide range of high-value individuals from corporates to creatives to entrepreneurs, in prestigious members clubs across London. Ady’s style is unique as his practises richly embody old mystical teachings handed down from Tibetan Monks & Zen Buddhists, distinctively complementing his background in the arts of acting & magic. Furthermore, he is an accredited Mindfulness & Awareness Coach, experienced in the science of the mind whose methodology has successfully enhanced the lives of his clients.
