We are delighted to welcome Mark Foster, former competitive swimmer who represented Great Britain in the Olympics and world championships, and swam for England in the Commonwealth Games. and Jim Rees, the renowned ultra-cyclist, ironman triathlete, author and executive coach, who is Mark’s co-founder at The Long and the Short of It.

They are both exceptional sprint and endurance athletes who not only understand the required cognitive and emotional discipline for competition, but can translate these attributes into behaviours that achieve defined business goals and high-performance targets.

Their talk “The Long and the Short of World Class Performance” will provide business leaders with precious insights, rare intelligence and practical advice from elite sport and global business.
