We are delighted to be working with leading talent management agency, Kruger Cowne to host what has become one of the event industry’s ‘must-attend’ events, The Kruger Cowne Breakfast Club.

Join us for a light breakfast reception and intimate talk.  This month’s special guests are James Duigan and Captain Simon Mann on the subject of MIND OVER MATTER.

James Duigan

James made it his mission to empower as many people as possible by spreading the Clean and Lean philosophy. Bodyism uses holistic approaches to create balance and change lives. James continues to educate Bodyism Performance Specialists to learn and develop their rounded approach to wellness.

He lives, eats and breathes the Clean and Lean way of life and he continues to inspire people all over the world to reach their physical and mental potential. James has created a series of bestselling Clean and Lean recipe books, bespoke supplements, range of exercise equipment and has recently launched the first collection of Bodywear for men.

Captain Simon Mann

Political prisoner, security specialist, author and sub-Saharan Africa adviser, Captain Simon Mann saw action in the Scots Guards and the SAS, in operations in Northern Ireland and elsewhere. He served a total of ten years.

His career has seen him involved in combat intelligence and electronic security, recruitment to the British Army and a position as an oil and gas exploration executive. But his life changed when the Angolan guerrillas, UNITA, brutally plunged their country back into civil war.In response Mann and others formed Executive Outcomes (EO) and turned around the Angolan war, taking the MPLA government side, recognized by the UN as freely and fairly elected, to Victory.

Mann famously served five and a half years in two of Africa’s toughest prisons, Chikurubi Maximum Security, in Zimbabwe, and Black Beach, in Equatorial Guinea, winning a pardon. He had somehow survived those years, but then had to cope with the emotional adventure of returning home. November 2009.

All ticket sales go to our annual charity, TACT (The Adolescent and Children’s Charity).

Due to the popularity of our events, we are unable to offer refunds.
