How to Master Negative Thoughts

EVENT INFORMATION

In support of Mental Health Awareness Week, we are joined by Home House Member, Nalina Giacopazzi (founder of Cuer) to discuss ways to master negative thinking.

Human beings have around 70,000 thoughts a day, and 90% of those thoughts are the same recycled negative thoughts you had the day before – they play like a loop on repeat until you interrupt the program. Your state of being is just a series of thoughts that drives your feelings and gives rise to the attitude and behaviour that you exhibit every day. Therefore, if you carry on thinking the same thoughts, you will carry on creating the same experiences.

We are not hardwired to be a certain way for the rest of our lives and we are not doomed by our genes. Our thoughts have an effect on our biology, chemistry and life in general. But have you ever analysed your thoughts? And consciously consider how they make you feel? How do you know if your thoughts are serving you and working for you? Perhaps they are working against you? This is all happening inside your head every single day from the moment you wake up to the moment you sleep…

If you are tired of your old familiar patterns and lack motivation then come along to an evening of inspirational talk where we unveil the ways of breaking the patterns of being you!

About Cuer

Cuer is a social enterprise put together in order to help individuals upgrade their thought processes to create a more desirable reality, rather than just accepting the one they stumble upon. It was formed on the back of overcoming a serious health condition by believing in the powers of creating as opposed to being a victim of any diagnosis.
