Every Tuesday in July

The team in House 21 will be serving a Sashimi delicacy of Hamachi Tuna with a spiced green mango and papaya salad every Tuesday in July.

The Hamachi Tuna is native to the North West Pacific between Japan and Hawaii.  It is much paler than tuna, has a firm flesh but a delicate flavour. It is greatly appreciated in Japan, where is it also called Buri.

Cost: £16 per person
