The Bison Bar team looks forward to welcoming you for a celebratory night of
seasonal cocktails making and, of course, drinking. Expand your mixology and
taste bud skills at this fun night of stirring, mixing and shaking!

Salted Caramel White Russian
Dessert cocktails don’t get any tastier than this insanely delicious twist! The classic White Russian cocktail recipe mixes up vodka, coffee liqueur, cream, and caramel sauce, and is rimmed and garnished with coarse sea salt and caramel candy for some extra candy dessert cocktail vibes.

Christmassy Negroni
In its hundred-year history, few cocktails have encouraged more frenzied experimentation than the beloved Negroni. The Bison Bar team has added
some festive sparkle to this classic combination of gin, Campari and sweet vermouth including pink peppers, star anise and other Christmas ingredients.
