Rushing around? Stressed? Looking for peace in your life?

Come and join us for the opportunity to push the personal reset button and rediscover a new centering and stillness.

Laura Payne, author of ‘Nine Steps to A Mindful Life (without Meditating)’, will guide you on some gentle mindful exercises. She will then open a discussion on how mindfulness can help you find calm and bring empowerment to your everyday life again.
