Dinner at the Great Gatsby meets Eyes Wide Shut Party

Enjoy a sumptuous three course dinner in the stunning jewel-like restaurant. The delicate Asian flavours and vibrant dishes beautifully combine with the contemporary décor. Dinner includes complimentary access to the party.

Starters
Wagyu beef tataki with ponzu marinated, truffle mushrooms
Vegetable gyozo and ginger soy sauce
Salmon tartare tacos with avocado and pink pickles

Mains
30 day aged beef fillet with wafu sauce and garlic crisps
Chicken paillard with yuzu, butter and tender stem broccoli
Grilled stone bass with ginger and green chilli soya sauce

Desserts
Almond milk panna cotta with lychee and jasmine salad (VG)
Oriental fruit salad with dragon fruit, pineapple, mango
Dark chocolate cheesecake with calamansi lime
