EVENT INFORMATION

The revival of cocktail-making as an art form is celebrated at our monthly master classes. Guests will receive a brief introduction and history of cocktails by our mixology gurus, Amir and Steve, before getting stuck into the mixing and shaking themselves!

Cocktails of the night:
White Russian – a classic cocktail from the 90s. It is smooth and creamy, with a delicious coffee flavour kick and was featured prominently in The Big Lebowski.

Cosmopolitan – there are debates as to whether this pink drink was created in the 70s or was an update of a 30s recipe. It contains vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice, and freshly squeezed or sweetened lime juice.

Cost: £15 member, £25 guest
