EVENT INFORMATION

On Christmas Day, there will be sweet singing from the choristers of St George’s Church, Hanover Square in The Restaurant during lunch. There will be crackers (of course!) and a little gift for all children joining us too.

Menu
Seared beef carpaccio with pickled vegetables and horseradish
Ballotine of foie gras with quince purée and toasted brioche
Scottish salmon gravlax with pickled cucumber and lemon purée
Candy, ruby and golden beetroot Innes goats’ cheese and truffle dressing

Roast Norfolk Bronze turkey with all the trimmings
Wild Cornish sea bass, with cucumber and wasabi beurre blanc
Loin of Yorkshire venison, celeriac purée, savoy cabbage, chestnuts and blackberry sauce
Butternut squash risotto with aged parmesan, sage and wild rocket

Christmas pudding with brandy sauce
