We are delighted to welcome back Tom Badcock, one of Britain’s foremost cheese specialists for a
fascinating talk on us and our relationship with this great food.

Our little island is rich with ancient cheeses. From the hairy to the scary, we have inherited a most peculiar treasure. This master class will be a journey from the Neolithic via the Romans and Saxons, to the monastic and the seriously smelly.

It’ll be a chance to try rare cheeses – craftsmen’s pieces, tasty works of art from superb cheese makers.
