EVENT INFORMATION

Simon Gillespie and his team of conservators have been trusted by major art collections to breathe new life into paintings for over 40 years. You may recognise Simon from the BBC4 series Britain’s Lost Masterpieces, where the studio’s work has helped to reveal priceless masterpieces by Rubens, Botticelli and other important artists. In this behind-the-scenes talk, Simon will give an insight into the challenges pictures present, and show some work in progress.
