Andrew Richardson

Managing Director

Andrew joined Home House as Managing Director in 2008. Drawing on considerable early experience as both executive chef and his commercial roles in world class venues he has overseen the transformation of the Home House business. Together with his management team Andrew has created an opulent environment in which people can enjoy themselves in a relaxed atmosphere. His passion for excellence continues to drive Home House to be recognised as ‘the place to be’ in London. Andrew’s vision for the Club is to build on the Countess of Home’s ‘Palace of Pleasure’ principle ensuring an unrivalled calendar of member events, great parties and a first class service for members and their guests.


Joel Williams

General Manager

Joel joined Home House in 2005. After successfully completing a degree in hospitality, Joel’s career journey has included: The Conran Group (Mezzo, Quaglino’s and The Bluebird); Alain Ducasse’s Spoon at the Sanderson Hotel and latterly The Wolseley as Assistant General Manager. Joel is well placed to ensure that the operational elements of Home House are faultless and work in harmony with the ethos of the club.


Reece Williams

Sales & Marketing Director

Reece joined Home House in 2008 following 20 years experience in sales and marketing, predominantly in the luxury/service industries. He and his team are dedicated to making sure that every aspect of each member’s visit to the Club exceeds their expectations. Previously heading the UK sales operation for the highly successful UK brand ghd; he also understands the vital ingredients of strongly held values and the unique ethos that makes a luxury experience such as that at Home House work.

Laurence Krafchik

Laurence Krafchik

Finance Director

Laurence re-joined Home House in 2015 having previously been the Finance Director during 2008-2010. He brings significant experience from hospitality and other business sectors and ensures that the finance department is an integral part of the Home House team.


Gregg Cutter

Human Resources Manager

Gregg joined Home House in 2002. His career includes roles at The Conran Group, Mezzo, Blue Print Cafe and latterly as General Manager at Scotts Restaurant in Mayfair. He is an associate of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and ensures that Home House selects and retains the best talent in the industry.


Claudia Garrod

Event Sales Manager

Claudia joined Home House in 2010 having successfully completed a degree in Business Management. This combined with over 6 years event planning experience equips Claudia and her team of skilled event coordinators to plan the fabulous personalised events Home House is famed for. From intimate dinner parties to Wedding receptions in Portman Square, whatever your desires this passionate in-house team can create a bespoke events tailored to your requirements.


Jonathan Goodair

Personal Trainer

Jonathan has been training Home House members for ten years and his career has included working with football clubs, high profile sports people as well as celebrities. Jonathan’s approach goes way beyond prescribing endless stomach crunches or bicep curls in order to get into shape. For each client Jonathan prescribes the ‘Total Body Plan’, which is an entirely bespoke programme based on whole body conditioning combining Pilates based training and cardio fitness. Jonathan’s approach to health and fitness is unrivalled.
