One of the strengths that make Home House such a successful Club with a world class reputation is its attentive and friendly staff.  Made up of a team of professionals whose priorities are attention to detail and excellent personal service, Home House members feel affectionately about those involved in the day-to-day running of the House.

Andrew Richardson

Managing Director

Andrew joined Home House as Managing Director in 2008. Drawing on considerable early experience as both executive chef and his commercial roles in world class venues he has overseen the transformation of the Home House business. Together with his management team Andrew has created an opulent environment in which people can enjoy themselves in a relaxed atmosphere. His passion for excellence continues to drive Home House to be recognised as ‘the place to be’ in London. Andrew’s vision for the Club is to build on the Countess of Home’s ‘Palace of Pleasure’ principle ensuring an unrivalled calendar of member events, great parties and a first class service for members and their guests.

Reece Williams

Sales & Marketing Director

Reece joined Home House in 2008 following 20 years experience in sales and marketing, predominantly in the luxury/service industries. He and his team are dedicated to making sure that every aspect of each member's visit to the Club exceeds their expectations. Previously heading the UK sales operation for the highly successful UK brand ghd; he also understands the vital ingredients of strongly held values and the unique ethos that makes a luxury experience such as that at Home House work.

David Kerr

Financial Director

David has more than 20 years experience in the hospitality /service sector. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and completed his MBA from Ashridge in 2008. Through his experience David ensures that finance is a partner to the business in order to add value to it.

Joel Williams

Operations Director

Joel joined Home House in 2005. After successfully completing a degree in hospitality, Joel's career journey has included: The Conran Group (Mezzo, Quaglino's and The Bluebird); Alain Ducasse's Spoon at the Sanderson Hotel and latterly The Wolseley as Assistant General Manager. Joel is well placed to ensure that the operational elements of Home House are faultless and work in harmony with the ethos of the club.

Jeremy Brown

Executive Chef

Jeremy’s appointment in 2012 as Executive Chef marks the start of a new culinary era at Home House, building on an established reputation for catering for members’ and guests’ epicurean desires from al-fresco lunches, power feasting and sumptuous formal dining to weddings, parties and gourmet summer Barbecues.

With a career that includes AA Rosette standard restaurants, a seven year tenure with the Marco Pierre White Group including Mirabelle, Belvedere, Quo Vadis and Drones, Jeremy joined Home House from The Ritz Hotel where he was Senior Sous Chef overseeing a brigade of 55 chefs. Jeremy is passionate about creating fine examples of renowned British gastronomy along with conceiving new and exciting dishes using the latest cooking techniques.

Gregg Cutter

Human Resources Manager

Gregg joined Home House in 2002. His career includes roles at The Conran Group, Mezzo, Blue Print Cafe and latterly as General Manager at Scotts Restaurant in Mayfair. He is an associate of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and ensures that Home House selects and retains the best talent in the industry.

Cedric Lescure

F&B Manager

Cedric is one of Home House's longest-standing employees. He had successfully managed the Restaurant in House 19 for many years and in his role as food and beverage manager covers the entire operation across 19, 20 and 21. Recent investments in a refurbished bar and restaurant in House 19, new menus in both dining rooms and great new casual dining and cocktail menus provide one of the best opportunities in London for Cedric and his team to demonstrate Home House hospitality at its best.

Claudia Garrod

Events Sales Manager

Claudia joined Home House in 2010 having successfully completed a degree in Business Management. This combined with over 6 years event planning experience equips Claudia and her team of skilled event coordinators to plan the fabulous personalised events Home House is famed for. From intimate dinner parties to Wedding receptions in Portman Square, whatever your desires this passionate in-house team can create a bespoke events tailored to your requirements.

Ian Sturrock

Front of House Manager

Prior to working at Home House, Ian’s career included roles at some of London’s most well known venues such as The Whitbread Brewery in Chiswell Street and Millenium Mayfair Hotel. He initially pursued his enjoyment of events in the Private Parties department at Home House where he was in charge of sales as well as the operational side. Ian now looks after the front of house and along with his team ensures that every detail of a member or guest’s visit – right from the first welcome – is the very best to be had.

Jonathan Goodair

Personal Trainer

Jonathan has been training Home House members for ten years and his career has included working with football clubs, high profile sports people as well as celebrities. Jonathan’s approach goes way beyond prescribing endless stomach crunches or bicep curls in order to get into shape. For each client Jonathan prescribes the 'Total Body Plan', which is an entirely bespoke programme based on whole body conditioning combining Pilates based training and cardio fitness. Jonathan’s approach to health and fitness is unrivalled.
