A Trio of Oysters, Asian Style Nights

The chefs in House 21 are offering the ultimate oyster-lover’s selection!  Three cooking methods to complement the delicate flavours of the Pacific Oyster: Tempura with sweet chilli sauce, poached with ginger and soy; natural with rice wine and shallot vinegar.

Cost: £12 per person
