Trio of Curries from Thailand Nights

Perfect for winter nights – our team of chefs have blended oodles of spices with herbs and aromatic leaves to create the delicious supper special.

Green Vegetable Curry

Considered to be the spiciest curry in Thailand, green curries are also sweet thanks to the lashings of coconut milk. The base is made with fresh, young green chillies creating the spiciest, highly aromatic of the three curries.

Red Duck Curry

While still spicy and a bit sweet, red curries play to your savoury taste buds more than green curry. Using large red chillies as the base, they are blended with garlic, lemongrass, shallots, ginger and fish paste and lastly coconut milk. Red curry is spicier and less rich than yellow curry.

Yellow Seafood Curry

Yellow curries are made from plenty of tumeric, cumin, yellow mustard seed, nutmeg, kaffir lime leaves and juice. The delicious richness of the sauce is enhanced with coconut cream in addition to the coconut milk giving a milder flavour than the green and red curries..
