We welcome back Patricia Seyffert from Douglas Elliman, the largest residential brokerage firm in NYC.  Patricia will discuss the current state of the NYC apartment market. What is happening with the rental market, and how does it work? Learn the basics of buying an investment property or a pied à terre in New York City. She’ll also explore the landscape of new development.
