The UK must deliver 250,000 homes a year to satisfy demand. In 2014 it delivered 112,370. Against the backdrop of this housing crisis the institutionally funded Build to Rent sector presents an attractive solution to a national problem.

Investors have the means (and increasingly the appetite) to deliver purpose built accommodation for rent responding to growing demand for this product during a time when house builders are struggling to deliver the scale of homes the country needs.

Prosperity Capital Partners will outline the development of this new asset class and how its demand from investors could have a grave impact for the buy to let investor and at the same time raise the standards of renting to a level never seen in this country before.
