The Octafloral Restaurant at the Flower Power Party

Enjoy a sumptuous three course meal in the stunning jewel-like restaurant.
A superbly balanced menu beautifully combines with the contemporary décor.

Starters

Wagyu beef tataki with ponzu marinated, truffle mushrooms

Vegetable gyoza and ginger soy sauce

Salmon tartare tacos with avocado and pink pickles

Mains

30 day aged beef fillet with wafu sauce and garlic crisps

Chicken paillard with yuzu, butter and tender stem broccoli

Grilled stone bass with ginger and green chilli soya sauce

Desserts

Almond milk panna cotta with lychee and jasmine salad (VG)

Oriental fruit salad with dragon fruit, pineapple, mango

 Dark chocolate cheesecake with calamansi lime

Dinner includes complimentary access to the party.
