Treat your mum to an extra special 3 course lunch in the beautiful surroundings of The Restaurant on Mothering Sunday.  All mums will receive a special gift.

A complimentary glass of champagne for all guests is followed by this sumptuous menu:

Starters

Fois gras ballontine, fruit chutney, ginger bread

Seared tuna loin, avocado, mizuna and fennel salad

Candy, ruby and golden beetroot, Innes log, truffle dressing

Cornish brill, clams, broccoli tender stem and sauce vierge

Mains

Hazelnut crusted lamb, celeriac mousseline, rosemary jus

Persian saffron risotto, champagne and Burrata

Roast monkfish, avocado puree and chorizo vinaigrette

Longhorn Fillet of Beef, sautéed woodland mushrooms and Madeira jus

Calvados parfait, Granny Smith apples and hibiscus purée

Coconut parfait, lime crémeux, blueberry compote
