We are delighted to welcome world-renowned writer and journalist, Fatima Bhutto to February’s Kruger Cowne Breakfast Club. Fatima will be joined on stage by campaigner, poet and future astronaut, Hussain Manawer. The talented duo will be exploring their lives and careers – past, present and future. Join us for breakfast and enlightening talks. 

Fatima Bhutto

Fatima Bhutto is a world-recognised journalist, author and human rights activist. Fatima’s articles have appeared in a diverse range of global publications from Vogue to the Guardian. Her various books and social-political activism in Pakistan, which includes work in women’s empowerment, have led to her being invited to speak on a variety of issues around the world. In 2012, she was selected to be a Young Global Leader for the World Economic Forum.

Fatima, a most elegant and eloquent presenter is one of the world’s leading female speakers.

Hussain Manawer

In 2015, 24 year old poet and campaigner, Hussain Manawer became Kruger Cowne’s Rising Star after an inspirational performance on mental health at the One Young World Summit in Bangkok.

Hussain is soon to be the first British Muslim to travel to space as an advocate for mental health issues and delivers inspirational spoken word poetry as part of his hugely motivational presentations.
