To mark the start of the game season, Executive Chef Adrian Martin will be offering a superb dinner featuring Traditional Roast Yorkshire Estate Grouse.  Served with the traditional accompaniments of braised red cabbage, bread sauce, toasted breadcrumbs, game chips, pate croute and game jus.
