EVENT INFORMATION

This monthly favourite always sells out, so book quick!

The event is a great way to learn the art of mixology in a relaxed and fun environment. Guests will receive a brief introduction and history of cocktails by our expert bartenders, Amir and Steve before getting stuck into the mixing and shaking!

This month’s celebrated cocktails are:

Pisco Sour – the famous drink has a taste quite unlike any other. It’s a curious mix of sharp tang and sweet, and its texture changes from cloudlike foam to icy cold in the time it takes for the liquid to break through its wall of raw egg white. It’s as Peruvian as llamas, Machu Picchu, and ceviche!

Daiquiri – the quintessential rum cocktail and one of the easiest, freshest drinks you can make. This is an elementary cocktail, one that should be a top priority to memorise. It is also transparent and therefore essential to use quality ingredients. Once learnt – the daiquiri world is your oyster!

Cost: £15 member, £25 guest.
