Calling all Cheese Maniacs!

‘Curdled Love’ – The British and the Udder

 

An evening exploring the depths of British Cheese Making.

Join Tom Badcock, one of the country’s fromage experts for a fascinating talk and tasting.  It’s incredible to imagine that over 700 varieties of cheese are produced in the British Isles.

With over 30 blue cheeses, from Stilton – the ‘King of Cheeses’ to Blacksticks Blue, the industry is a true craft from the near-mystical calm of the cutting of the whey to the sides of young cheeses being rubbed by hand to close up the cracks.

Cost: £35 per person including wine and of course, cheese!
