Barbecues are great but when you’ve got the British weather and hungry mouths to contend with, getting beautifully charred and caramelised meats, fish and veggies can be something of a mindfield!

Executive Chef Adrian Martin will soothe your barbecue woes with some genius hacks!  Over a beer or glass of wine in The Garden, watch the demo and taste the results!
